When will I receive my booking refund?

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and bank timing varies.

When a supplier approves a refund, it is returned to the original payment method. Your booking page shows the refund amount when that information is available.

Card issuers may take several business days to post a refund. If the refund has not appeared after the timeframe provided by your bank, contact customer support with the booking reference.
