Can I cancel a refundable booking?
Refundable bookings can be cancelled within the policy deadline shown on the booking.
A refundable booking can normally be cancelled without a hotel penalty before its free-cancellation deadline. The exact deadline appears on the rate before checkout and on the confirmed booking page.
After the deadline, a fee or full-stay penalty may apply. The supplier confirms the final refund when cancellation is processed.
