How do I cancel a booking?
Open your booking, review the cancellation policy, and use the cancellation option when available.
Open My bookings or the secure booking link from your confirmation email. Select the booking and review its cancellation policy.
If self-service cancellation is available, choose Cancel booking and confirm. The supplier determines the final cancellation fee and refund. If the option is unavailable, contact customer support.
