Can I cancel a non-refundable booking?

Non-refundable rates are offered with restrictions and normally do not return payment when cancelled. PillowFare cannot override the hotel or supplier policy.

If an exceptional event prevents travel, contact customer support. We can ask the supplier whether an exception is available, but approval is not guaranteed.
