Why does the hotel not have a record of my booking?

Some hotels receive supplier reservations closer to check-in or under a different reference.

Hotels sometimes receive reservations through a supplier system and may not recognize the PillowFare reference immediately. The reservation may also be filed under the lead guest name or a separate supplier confirmation number.

Verify that your booking status is confirmed and that the guest name is correct. If the hotel still cannot locate it, contact customer support rather than creating a replacement reservation.
