Booking confirmation
I did not receive a booking confirmation, but my card was charged
Check your bookings and email first, then contact support before booking again.
First check your spam folder and My bookings. Some payment authorizations appear before the final booking response finishes.
If there is no confirmed booking after a few minutes, contact customer support with the hotel, stay dates, guest email, approximate charge amount, and the last four digits of the payment card. Avoid making another booking until the first attempt is checked.
