Why do I see a pending charge or two charges?

Banks may show a temporary authorization while the completed hotel payment appears separately. The authorization normally disappears automatically according to your bank’s processing schedule.

Compare the amounts and transaction status. If two charges both settle, contact customer support and provide the booking reference, amounts, dates, and the last four digits of the card.
