What should I do if I cannot check in?
Ask the hotel to search by the lead guest and supplier reference, then contact support.
Show the hotel your confirmed booking page and ask staff to search by the lead guest name, stay dates, and supplier reference.
If the hotel still cannot locate or honor the reservation, contact customer support immediately. Keep receipts for any replacement accommodation or required expense, and do not cancel the original booking unless support instructs you to.
