Frequently asked
Is this really wholesale pricing?
Yes. We connect directly to the same hotel inventory networks the OTAs use, and we show you the supplier's net rate with a flat 15% technology fee on top. No bundling, no inflated 'discounts' — just what the room actually costs.
Why charge a fee at all?
Running real-time search across global hotel inventory, locking rates, processing payment, and supporting bookings all cost money. We keep the fee transparent and flat so you can predict the price; the alternative is the OTA model where the margin is hidden and variable.
What if I find it cheaper elsewhere?
If the rate visibly drops after you book — on our site or another — we automatically rebook at the new price and refund the difference. No screenshots, no support tickets.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, no fee. Your existing bookings keep their refund/cancellation terms — those come from the hotel, not us.
Is the $10/month really worth it?
Most members earn it back on a single 1-night stay. The Helena example above saves $15.64 — a month and a half of membership in one booking. Bigger stays at parity-protected properties save proportionally more.
